Shipping Policies

I have a $300 minimum to ship via the
airlines. The Dulles International Airport- Washington, DC is 11/2 plus hours
each way and it takes at least 1/2 hour or more to check the rabbits in for the
flight. Shipping cost can run between $175 and up. Shipping cost will depend on airline, destination, size of the carrier and total shipping weight including rabbits.
Weather plays a part in whether rabbits can be shipped. Normally the best time to ship are in the spring and fall.
You are responsible for paying for a health certificate for each rabbit. My veterinarian charges $50.00
per visit.
You are responsible for getting a flight approved carrier or you can purchase one from me. It cost more to ship the carrier to me in some cases it is better to have me purchase one for you. Each rabbit needs 2 cups for food and water. They cost $1.00-$2.00 each.
Carrier, cups, health cert. and rabbits must be paid for in full before they are shipped. Money
order or cashiers check only.
